Job Description & Summary – Manager - (Generative AI) 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Role: Manager  

  

8 to 12 years in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI technologies. 

Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with GenAI models such as GANs, VAEs, Transformers, etc. 

 Proven ability to manage and deliver AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

Experience in leading AI teams, mentoring junior data scientists, and fostering a collaborative working environment. 

Ability to define AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. 

Skilled in managing client relationships and delivering presentations to stakeholders. 

Encourage innovation within the team to explore new applications and enhancements in GenAI. 

Prior experience in applying AI solutions in domains such as  finance and insurance is preferred 

Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
