Job Description & Summary – Senior Associate (Generative AI) 

Responsibilities: 

 

Role: Senior Associate  

Exp: 5-8 Years 

  

5 to 8 years in AI/ML, with 2+ years specifically in Generative AI. 

Proficiency in implementing and fine-tuning GenAI models, including experience with NLP models like GPT, BERT, etc. 

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using Generative AI. 

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. 

Experience in data preprocessing, augmentation, and using large datasets for training models. 

Skilled in optimizing models for performance and scalability. 

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and explore potential applications. 

Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and performance metrics. 

Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
