Monday- Friday 6:00 Am- 5:00 PM Flex
During training period, an 8am start will be in place.
Ideal candidate will have STRONG Excel knowledge.
Major Responsibilities:
- Proactively gathers process and operational data, performs data analysis, and presents analysis to executive leaders.
- Monitors and analyzes daily system/department performance and statistics to ensure tools and systems are functioning as expected. Proactively shares findings with Revenue Cycles leaders to ensure financial and/or performance targets are achieved.
- Develops and maintains KPI dashboards and monthly/yearly performance reporting.
- Monitors PFS system tools, reports and dashboards to proactively detect and resolve system or performance issues, shares findings with executive/finance leadership team members and develops recommendations/actions plans as needed. Collaborates and consults with Information Technology teams to ensure proper system tools/resources are functioning as appropriate. Reports identified system issues via service ticket and communicates with team on progress/status and requests/tests system enhancements.
- Modifies staff license/security templates and access requests to support department needs. Creates new user profiles in the appropriate systems for department new hires. Handles daily functionality and maintenance of Revenue Cycle processes and tools that are deemed mutually beneficial to collection endeavors.
- Manages and makes adjustments within department for equipment/template/access needs. Develops new ad hoc reports and templates for respective areas of responsibility to optimize the performance or enhance reporting capabilities for Revenue Cycle leaders.
- Meets with leaders to scope, plan and complete new projects, system build and reports for strategic planning and goal setting. Completes all daily, weekly and month end reports for leadership using multiple host systems and web based applications. Facilitates system upgrade testing and strategic planning for technical and process improvements and efficiencies.
- Assists leadership to assess workforce needs based on analysis/forecasting using system reports and data to drive staffing efficiencies. This includes analysis and review of all agency/system performance reporting. Assists leadership in optimization, providing recommendations thru data Intel on said reports.
- Conducts ongoing analysis and measures key performance indicators for Quality Assurance to drive results to target. Serves as a liaison between Operations, HIT and department leaders/vendor contacts to ensure strong partnerships in development, implementation or enhancement of system tools/processes.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- None Required.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in revenue cycle. Ideal candidate will have STRONG Excel knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to proactively develop strategic/ tactical plans, prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
- Proven ability to guide individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, setting high performance standards and delivering quality services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with limited guidance or direction.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of revenue cycle with a focus on billing and collections.
- Consistent commitment to continuous improvement.
