Description

Markon is hiring a Data Integration Engineer to support our Virginia Customer with ETL, Data ingestion, transformation, and translation for highly-data intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform the migration of data from legacy systems to new system.
• Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve migrated/mapped data
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with a Lifestyle Polygraph
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Experience with analyzing and extracting key data and information to meet an organization's information system needs and requirements.
• Experience in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
• Experience with ETL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification.
• Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business & data system requirements (understanding and implementing).
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft.

Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
