Data Analyst

Overview

This is Work On Site in Shaw, Mandaluyong & on Night Shift.

The IBEX Data Analyst is responsible for assisting the sales and operations teams to distribute reports, analyze trends, and create efficiencies in our reporting, all to help the teams make smarter, data-backed decisions. This will be done while consistently practicing the company core values. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to build, manage, and optimize our reporting infrastructure using ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Power BI. This analyst will play a critical role in developing automated reporting pipelines, real-time dashboards, and KPI tracking systems for our marketing, call center, technician performance, and financial operations. 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the sales and operations departments with back-end report distribution through Microsoft Excel and CRM

• Run and distribute the following reports in a timely manner:

  • Huddle Report

  • Sales Run Rate Tracker

  • Job Costing

  • Revenue by Account

  • Payroll Run Rate Trackers

  • Technician Focused Reports:

    • Productivity Trackers

    • Batting Order

    • Players Card Entries

    • Service vs. Knock Pay Plan

• Analyze, vet, and implement more efficient ways to pull and distribute needed reports.

• Automate reporting for simple and time efficient distribution.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs within the business.

• Occasionally perform ad hoc reporting based on business demands.

• Perform other special administrative projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics or related area of study.

• Possess at least 1+ year work experience performing data analyses in a business setting.

• Microsoft Office Suite Power User with extra focus on Microsoft Excel (including v-lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced functions)

• Has basic understanding in SQL and data visualization
