ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking an ambitious, growing Product Manager to join our Algorithms, AI and Integrations team. In this role, you'll drive product initiatives to create business value through increased efficiency, company-wide automation enablement and revenue optimization. You'll work at the intersection of hospitality operations, data science, and business strategy. This role is for someone who is highly organized, curious about data challenges, and ready to tackle big responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. Prior startup experience is highly desirable. You will be empowered by a strong team of engineers and a senior technical product manager as lead and mentor to grow. A unique opportunity to grow into becoming an expert. • Drive AI & Algorithm Efficiencies: Lead initiatives for intelligent room assignment, housekeeping prioritization, and other operational algorithms that reduce costs and improve guest experience.
• AI Automations: Be part of our AI automations ambassadors group and tackle central projects and explorations
• Ensure ARI Data Accuracy: Manage the reliability and performance of our inventory systems for rooms and extra services.
• Manage Core System Integrations: Oversee our API strategy and implementation for critical operational systems.
• Revenue Enhancement: Work with pricing tools and extra service management to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with data teams, operations, and other product teams to align on priorities and drive outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

• 2-3 years of work experience since university (ideally in computer science, data-related field, or product management), preferably in fast-moving startups
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions
• Solid understanding of API architectures, data flows, and system integrations
• Technical fluency to effectively communicate with engineers and data scientists
• Business acumen with a focus on driving measurable outcomes (efficiency or revenue)
• Strong structured communication, fluent English, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and product discovery practices

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI RAG systems and low-code automation tools is a plus.
• Some coding knowledge, particularly with Python, is a plus but not a must; this is not an engineering role.
• Experience with hospitality or travel technology
• Background in inventory management, pricing systems, or operations optimization.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
