Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I / II) (several posts) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref: 531911) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

With the establishment of the School of Computing and Data Science, we are seeking highly motivated individuals who aim to develop their careers in university administration.  Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with two years of work experience. They should possess a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), proficiency in IT skills, a strong sense of responsibility, good problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.  Candidates with experience in handling databases or advanced Excel usage will have an advantage.  Fresh graduates will also be considered. 

The appointees will join one of the administrative teams of the School to support marketing and events, academic programme administration, and admissions.  The marketing and events team will drive the School’s branding and marketing initiatives, organize events and seminars, and execute PR activities.  The undergraduate team will be responsible for programme administration, managing curriculum development, matters related to teaching quality, admissions, and student services.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and interview.
