We are seeking an experienced and strategic product leader to drive the vision, development, and execution of data platforms and AI-powered products. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, machine learning integration, and product strategy, coupled with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data platforms, aligning product development with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Set clear OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for product initiatives and ensure alignment across engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams.
  • Establish and uphold rigorous standards for project planning, execution, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable data infrastructure, including real-time analytics platforms, data lakes, and robust data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data science, AI/ML, and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate predictive models and machine learning solutions into data products.
  • Drive Agile execution to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and security.
  • Oversee and ensure comprehensive documentation of technical workflows, architectural decisions, and product specifications.
  • Implement and manage robust data governance policies, ensuring compliance with global regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of data products, and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide product managers and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech) and/or MBA from a reputed institution (IITs, NITs, IIMs, ISBs, or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to building and scaling data platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven success in developing and executing product strategies and OKRs in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
  • Deep expertise in data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, SQL/NoSQL databases, and real-time streaming pipelines.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into products and leading business intelligence (BI) initiatives using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple teams with strong project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Sound understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment between business and technical teams.
