In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve design user-centric chatbot services, from strategy to implementation. This is you

• Professional specialized in designing user-centric chatbot services, from strategy to implementation.
• Collaborate with development and AI teams.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro.
• Flow management: Botpress, Dialogflow, IBM Watson.
• Analytics: Hotjar, Google Analytics.
• Conversational AI principles and natural language processing (NLP).
• Agile methodologies and user-centered design.

This is your role

• Design conversational flows that optimize user-chatbot interaction on channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and websites.
• Map journeys to identify critical touchpoints and automation opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with development and AI teams to integrate language models (LLM) and NLP systems.
• Prototype brand-aligned UIs using tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Validate designs through usability testing and metrics such as CSAT or auto-resolve rate.
• Document processes and style guides to ensure consistency in future iterations.
