We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team, supporting People Development. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, with the expertise to drive business insights and inform decision-making.Data Analyst, People Development Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Data Solutions: Build, maintain, and optimize data flows, reporting tools, and dashboards to generate business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Utilize data visualization and storytelling techniques to clearly communicate outcomes and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influence Data Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence data strategies, roadmap development, and scalable data mart plans.
  • Provide Direction and Coaching: Offer guidance and coaching to end-users on how to use and interpret metrics, and deliver standard reports/dashboards on a regular cadence.
  • Collaborate and Partner: Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including research, forecasting analytics, and engineering, to execute best practices in data gathering and analytics.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Audit data integrity, investigate concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.
  • Develop Self-Service Reports: Build and automate easy-to-use, self-service reports and dashboards, and maintain code-base (SQL) used to drive self-service tools.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic analytics development role
  • Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
  • Experience communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
  • Understanding of data visualization principles
  • Experience handling sensitive data, and exercising judgment and discretion
  • Experience with survey analysis, data management, and understanding of data structures
  • Experience with measurement strategies, analytics, change management, design-thinking, program and project management
  • Experience managing stakeholder requirements and expectations, supporting needs, managing the intake process, and asking questions to scope and solve the requests
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS or MA/MS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners and solution architects, to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Experience tackling complex talent development and organizational effectiveness challenges using data analytics
  • Experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions, conducting research, and applying best practices to drive business impact
  • Experience applying analytics and research methods to inform talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational performance

$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
