As a Senior Business Data Analyst (Temporary Contract), you‘ll...

... gather and analyze business data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and insights, and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Qlik. This includes writing complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis, and providing actionable insights to business leaders to support decision-making and drive process improvements. You will develop, manage, and maintain regular reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Ensuring data integrity and quality in reporting processes is essential, as is participating in data-driven decision-making and process optimization efforts. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, assist with ad-hoc data projects, and get the opportunity to mentor more junior analysts.

What we‘re looking for...

The suitable candidate should have solid experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role, with strong SQL skills and experience in querying and manipulating databases. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for creating dashboards and reports is essential. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work independently, and solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity are key, as is a proactive, self-motivated attitude with a growth mindset and an interest in taking on future leadership responsibilities. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is also desirable. Finally, solid English and Lithuanian language skills are required.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3900 - 5000 EUR gross plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
