Job Summary

The Data Analyst (Mid) is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to support informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves preparing detailed reports, managing data repositories, and responding to client inquiries with accurate, well-formatted information. The analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and participates in ad hoc analytical projects that drive actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze information from various sources to produce accurate reports, summaries, and responses to inquiries.
  • Manage the organization, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval of structured and unstructured data.
  • Participate in ad hoc data analysis projects that generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collect relevant data and generate basic reports to fulfill client requests and internal needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and support high-quality analytical solutions.
  • Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and documentation systems in accordance with established standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and outputs.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education

  • Education should be consistent with experience. Relevant experience and professional certifications can outweigh the need for a formal college degree

Required Years of Experience

  • 5 years of relevant professional work experience

Required Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, etc.

  • Fully Adjudicated Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance or greater

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, etc.

  • Cybersecurity SIEM (Splunk, Elastic)
  • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate)
  • Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Splunk Core Certified Power User
  • ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • NIST NICE Work Roles - N/A
