Are you passionate about improving patient access to new treatment options? We are looking for a Tempus Time Analyst, possessing innovative ideas and a desire to put them into action.
What you’ll do:
Work with multiple data sources/systems to extract and summarize relevant information to be used across the broader TIME team
Translate business needs into operational processes and understand the necessary technical and operational requirements.
Create and combine various data sources using SQL and dbt in order to identify patients and derive insights
Consistently evaluate and improve the trial-matching processes including documentation and the organization of documents and templates
Maintain highest quality standard through rigorous QA process to identify and correct mistakes and inconsistencies in data and reporting
Create dashboards using data visualization tools to improve and streamline reporting
Required Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or healthcare related field
1+ years of relevant work experience
SQL Proficiency
Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Excel
Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools
Obsessive attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work in an agile and expanding team environment
Nice to Haves:
Experience working with EMR and clinical data
The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
