ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to be a driving force behind AT&T's most visible product offerings? Join us in supporting Converged and AT&T Wireless Rate Plan forecasting, where your technical expertise and strategic mindset will propel our growth and commitments forward. We seek a highly technical, data-savvy professional who thrives on transforming repetitive tasks through innovative technology and sees their work's impact in real-time business advancements.

As part of our team, you'll be curious about the competitive landscape and new technologies, adapt swiftly to evolving business needs, and confidently present your analyses. We're looking for a dedicated individual who embodies servant leadership, leading with humility and empowering their team to achieve high accountability.

AT&T WIRELESS AND CONVERGED IS THE PLACE TO BE. DO YOU WANT IN?

This role is pivotal in developing and presenting forecasts and key insights to our leaders, enabling impactful business decisions. As a leader, you will be instrumental in achieving our business goals, working in a fast-paced environment with executives, and driving strategic initiatives. You should be organized, strategic, detail-oriented and feel comfortable working with executives in a fast-paced environment.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Visionary and Analytical: You excel at big-picture thinking, economic returns, and structuring ambiguity into clear deliverables.
  • Confident and Adaptable: You can seamlessly step in for your boss, handle "white space" with ease, and turn industry trends into actionable insights. You can structure ambiguity into deliverables that everyone can understand.
  • Tech-Savvy: You love technology and getting “hands on” to understand new technologies, proof of concepts, and capabilities.
  • Team Player: You work well across teams and multiple stakeholders. People seek you out for your knowledge and insights.
  • Accountable and Driven: Accountability is your middle name. You finish what you start, develop data-informed narratives, and stay ahead of potential challenges.
  • Excellent Communicator: You excel in communication, ensuring clarity in every step and maintaining a strong sense of urgency. You’re a developer of succinct, presentable data-informed narratives, and you’re always a step ahead—formulating answers to solve problems we can’t yet see on the horizon. Communication is a strong suit for you, and you don’t leave people guessing about the next step. You have a strong sense of urgency.  On day one, you’ll be ready to galvanize our work. Your old boss will be devastated when you leave.
