Team Overview
Join our dynamic Customer Success team, dedicated to enhancing the restaurant experience across the LATAM region. As an intern, you'll play a pivotal role in executing communication processes, supporting team projects, and analyzing daily restaurant behaviors. This position offers a unique opportunity to propose and implement innovative strategies that directly impact our daily operations.
We're seeking data-driven individuals who are eager to test new hypotheses and contribute to our team's strategy. Proficiency in data analysis and programming is essential, as your work will influence key decisions and drive our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams to plan, implement, and execute operational activities.

Analyze daily restaurant behavior across the LATAM region to extract meaningful insights.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and share findings.

Conduct process analyses to identify underlying causes of various situations and develop appropriate responses.

Take ownership of delivering data-driven insights about the business, identifying opportunities to scale our impact, and influencing team decisions.
Role Qualifications

A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and programming.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A proactive attitude towards identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for customer success and a desire to make a tangible impact on restaurant operations across LATAM.

At least one year remaining before graduation.

Fluency in English.
Big plus:

Skills in Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Statistical Analysis.

Proficiency in tools such as Python, Tableau, R, Power Query, Power BI, or Data Studio.
