  • Be the trusted expert and guardian of processes within and those touching the supply chain function.
  • Evaluate and respond to internal queries (Pet Care Centres & Support Office) regarding product availability and stockholding.
  • Through training and monitoring, ensure adherence to the established standard and procedures.
  • Support other improvement initiatives covering people, processes and systems, all the way from evaluation, through delivery to ongoing maintenance.

Key relationships:

Supply Chain, Logistics, Visual merchandising, Buying, IT, Relex

Analytical and problem-solving capability

Results-driven with an ability to plan and self-organise to achieve objectives and targets

Experience and skills required:

  • Shows practical understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
  • Comfortable with numbers, statistics and technology.

Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
