Manager -Data Analysis

The client is a leading organization dedicated to enhancing the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Their mission focuses on empowering communities, particularly women, by providing access to resources, knowledge, and technology.

They are seeking a Manager-Data Analysis to drive insights through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, contributing to the effectiveness of our programs. This role involves creating insightful visualizations, designing data collection strategies, and ensuring data accuracy. The analyst will collaborate closely with program teams and external stakeholders, supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to program performance.
• Use statistical tools and software to perform in-depth analysis and generate actionable reports.

Reporting & Visualization:

• Create clear, engaging data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing insights and key recommendations for stakeholders.

Data Collection & Management:

• Design and implement data collection strategies, including surveys, interviews, and other sources.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout the data lifecycle.

Research and Insight Generation:

• Conduct in-depth research on trends, policies, and best practices in green and inclusive entrepreneurship.
• Identify key insights and opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Assist in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, including setting KPIs.
• Support ongoing assessments to measure program impact and refine strategies.

Program Evaluation:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of program evaluation frameworks.
• Measure and report on the social, economic, and environmental impact of the program.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree in Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: Atleast 3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or program evaluation, preferably in the context of social enterprises or development programs.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to handle large datasets and using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, Stata).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Analytical & Communication Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings and engage with multiple stakeholders.
