Job Description
We are seeking a Data & BI Engineer to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a solid foundation in data engineering and analytics tools to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving, business-oriented environment.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Data Governance teams to support reporting and analytics delivery, as well as ensure smooth and reliable data flows across our systems. The role is hands-on and impact-driven, ideal for someone comfortable working independently and eager to apply their skills in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from systems such as CRM, Finance, and ERP (Infor M3).
Prepare and model data for use in Power BI reports and dashboards.
Monitor data quality and implement fixes where needed to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Support ongoing and ad-hoc data needs from business teams by building queries, reports, and data views.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing around workflows and data sources.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a hands-on attitude, and a good understanding of modern data tools and methods — ideally gained through university studies and internships or early career roles.
You are a great match if you have:
A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
Solid working knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning).
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse concepts.
An interest in working with ERP and financial data (Infor M3 experience is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

At Educanta, we think that’s a missed opportunity — for candidates and for us. We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace where people can grow. So if this role seems interesting and you meet most of the criteria, we’d love to hear from you. This is your sign to go ahead and apply!
