Position Overview:

This Professional will be responsible for documenting risks and supporting control design and compliance monitoring.   • Regulatory Compliance: A data analyst with risk management skills can help ensure that the business remains compliant with relevant regulations by identifying compliance risks and suggesting appropriate controls.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in auditing, testing, reporting, and/or data governance related projects

  • Working knowledge of COSO and NIST frameworks

  • Ability to understand risks in a business process and create or execute controls to mitigate risk

  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes

  • Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, SQL, JSON/XML , Python

    Keys to Success in this Role:

    • Design tests as well as controls to manage risk under supervision.

    • Maintain procedures and documentation to ensure audit trails.

    • Proactive in nature with business and partner satisfaction as primary goal with strong presentation, writing and oral communications skills.

    • Cultivate and manage relationships across multiple Single-Family departments, including Operations application or business process

    • Interact and communicate effectively with key business and IT partners at all levels.

    This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $84,000 - $126,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
