Business Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with expertise in Quad Analytics [Preferably academician] to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions using multi-dimensional analysis approaches to drive business value and strategic decision-making. He will also be responsible for enhancing Operation’s expertise in Quad Analytics

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Maths, Physics, Statistics, Data Science

 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms for quad-dimensional data analysis
• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights using advanced statistical methods and predictive modelling
• Lead the development of quadrant-based analytical frameworks to solve business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of analytical processes and methodologies
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts in quad analytics methodologies

 

Mandatory Skill Set :

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven hands-on experience in Innovation and modelling
• Demonstrated expertise in Quad Analytics
• Strong background in quadrant analysis and multi-dimensional modelling
• Expertise in predictive analytics and forecasting
• Advanced pattern recognition and anomaly detection
• Proficiency in A/B testing and experimental design
• Experience with time series analysis
• Knowledge of optimization algorithms

 

Desired Skill Set :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytical solutions

Exposure to multiple business domain other than Finance will be added advantage

Additional certification around machine learning will be an additional advantage
