Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst with a strong focus on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product development and optimization. You will work closely with Product/Tech, Business Team, Account Management, Sales, Operations, and Marketing team stakeholders to understand your product vertical’s analytical needs and deliver actionable insights that support our product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Intelligence and Data Analysis:

Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support product development.

Use data analysis tools - SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in product usage data to inform strategic product decisions and enhancements.

Data Integration and Management:

Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Engage with product stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.

Product Metrics and KPIs:

Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports and presentations on product performance and insights to senior management.

User Experience and Data Visualization:

Ensure that BI tools and dashboards are user-friendly and effectively communicate product insights.

Conduct user training and provide support to ensure stakeholders can effectively use BI tools and interpret product data.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

2+ years experience as a Product Analyst with a focus on Product Funnels, Business Intelligence, preferably in the healthcare sector or an online business environment (e-commerce).

Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis software (e.g., Mixpanel,Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python (Basic)) and Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bias for action to quickly execute, while keeping view on the larger and longer-term outcomes.
