About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our Salesforce CRM data. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality data standards to support business operations, decision-making, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience in data governance, quality control, and CRM administration, with a strong focus on process improvement and data accuracy.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy & Fidelity: Ensure the integrity and reliability of Salesforce CRM data by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data Cleansing & Maintenance: Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors within the CRM system to maintain a clean and high-quality database.
  • Standardization & Governance: Develop and enforce data quality standards, policies, and best practices to enhance data management processes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows, validation rules, and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • User Training & Support: Educate and assist Salesforce users in maintaining accurate data entry and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams to align data integrity efforts with business objectives.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in data integrity, data management, or CRM administration (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality best practices, and database structures.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users in data management best practices.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Required skills and competencies

  • Proficient in English; additional language skills are an asset
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Capable of collaborating with distributed teams across time zones
  • High attention to detail
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)
  • Experience with data integration
  • Knowledge of data compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
