Machine Learning Engineer – AI/ML Solutions

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Solution Development: Build and enhance AI/ML-driven applications by analyzing large datasets, testing algorithms, optimizing features, and ensuring models are ready for deployment and scalability.
• Data Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain large-scale data systems to support AI/ML initiatives.
• Software Engineering Excellence: Utilize software architecture principles and design patterns to create efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Reusable AI/ML Components: Develop frameworks, tools, and services that streamline AI/ML workflows, including model tracking, feature reuse, and A/B testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong programming skills with a passion for integrating software engineering principles into AI/ML projects.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying software solutions in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience coding in Python, along with proficiency in other modern programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML development, preferably Google Cloud and Vertex AI.
• Expertise in MLOps, including ML pipeline development and production deployment strategies.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML methodologies and experience working with various ML frameworks.
• Experience managing large-scale, diverse datasets (batch and streaming) and a strong grasp of data structures, databases, and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, collaborative teamwork, and data-driven experimentation.
