Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

Your responsibility will be to drive Nibble's Web Growth direction by uncovering growth opportunities and empowering strategic decisions through actionable data insights.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the full A/B testing flow — from hypothesis to implementation and analysi
• Track key product metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Research user behavior and uncover actionable insights
• Analyze market trends and competitors to guide strategy
• Automate data processes and scale experimentation
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly
• Contribute to product decisions and help shape the roadmap

What you need to join us:

• Relevant educational background in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics
• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of product metrics
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Data-driven and results-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt and learn fast
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Alignment with our team values (SELECT).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with A/B testing
• Knowledge of Amplitude or Google Analytics, Tableau, and Python
• Product team experience

Working schedule 

This is a full-time role with flexible hybrid options: work from our office or mix office and remote days.
