Executive Officer, GO - TO (Collateral and Data Management) - Treasury Data Management MY

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONS 

 Provide support to Treasury Operations during project phase covering planning, execution, validation, testing, monitoring, tracking of defect or any other related tasks from time to time. 

 Collaborate with Treasury Operations and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, expectations and to drive operational efficiency. 

 Identify and eliminate nonvalue-added functions to achieve greater output with increase rate of delivery and cost reduction. 

 Involves in implementation of initiatives to ensure that they are implemented effectively and that objectives, budgets and timelines are achieved. 

 Contribute constructive feedback on related issues to address concerns and facilitate business growth. 

 Knowledge on Treasury products and governance and able to contribute positively in stakeholder engagements  Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by management from time to time. 

 Compliance to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Malaysian Standard requirements.

 Foster a culture of continuous improvement to support an effective and efficient operations system, in compliance to banking regulations. 

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB Group Policies & Standard Operating Procedures and external auditor.
