Finance Analyst – Global Finance Analytics COE

Join our Global Finance Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) as a Finance Analyst, where you will drive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Finance, Business, and Data teams to ensure accurate financial insights and analytics. This role requires an average of 2-3 days per week of overlapping work hours with the USA team to ensure seamless collaboration.

A Day in the Life

As a Finance Analyst, you will:

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and KPI reports in collaboration with Data and BI teams.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to interpret financial data and identify actionable insights.
• Work with Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL-based data for financial analytics.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in financial reporting.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting and forecasting processes.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools for financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP, OneStream, or other FP&A tools.
• Exposure to machine learning in financial forecasting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
