POSITION SUMMARY:  Manages all data requests from the MD. Supports other colleagues with data analysis, investigates all third-party software to assist Ceratizit in the best data reporting tools and ways of working. Offers support to all departments with data analytics to best make data driven decisions. Is the gatekeeper of all Business Intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Owns the commission process. Strong focus on continuous improvement as to the speed and accuracy of commissions to the sales team.
• Develop market analytics to determine best ways to use appropriated funds for best return on investment.
• Provide leadership team with Heat Maps of sales / channels / business potential to make data driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence by using third party offerings, if necessary.
• Develop, maintain and provide KPI dashboards to Sales Directors and Managing Director.
• Provide in-depth data analysis of each sales territory.
• Work with the CRM Team to realize functional outcomes.
• Be active in appropriate global project teams where business intelligence and data analysis are needed
• Assist Channel Manager with analytics to determine best data driven decision making the best use of our channel network.
• Work with the leadership team to develop new ways of working, identify best practices in business intelligence and bring fresh ideas of using data to our advantage.
• Train colleagues on SAP, Power BI and other data applications.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience working in business intelligence, data management, commission planning.
• Working knowledge of the cutting tool industry
• Has a good understanding of Ceratizit’s role as a cutting tool manufacturer and its channel partners and the value they bring to Ceratizit. 
• The ability to work with third party suppliers where appropriate.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
25% Overnight travel is required.
