What You’ll Be Doing:

Manager, Provider Data Operations

What You Will Be Doing:

The Manager, Provider Data Operations will be a dynamic role that will encompass overall data operations supporting our specialty line of business (NIA) including authorization processing, client implementations, issue resolution, process improvement, and more. This position reports to the Director. Provider Data Managment.

  • Leadership responsibility for a team of 3-7 employees which includes time management, career development support, process improvement, and day-to-day operations oversight

  • Use data-driven decision-making skills to effectively prioritize day-to-day operations, project work, and address client requests and escalations

  • Identify areas for process improvement, conduct cost savings analysis, and execute on implementing time and cost savings initiatives

  • Function as subject matter expert internally and externally for both our systems/technology and our operational processes as well as supporting/leading new client implementations for department

  • Cross-domain collaboration for issue troubleshooting, process improvement, and/or implementation

  • Responsible for managing concurrent projects as assigned, departmental documentation, and training/onboarding documentation and process

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships, internally and externally

  • Maintain contractual service level and/or operational level agreements, as applicable

  • Moderate to complex data reconciliation

Qualifications - Required and Preferred:

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare field related to credentialing, provider enrollment, provider data management, provider services and/or configuration, preferably in a leadership role

  • General understanding of US health care, Managed Care Organizations, and/or Medicaid

  • Technical proficiency and PC skills in the following Microsoft Office based environments: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills

  • Ability to work in an agile space and adapt to fluctuating situations

  • Takes initiative, fosters accountability, and works independently

  • Ability to time manage and reprioritize tasks/projects as appropriate

  • Strongly preferred, but not required: Prior experience with developing and leading training content, cross-domain collaboration and workstreams as well as process improvement methodologies

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $75,000 up to $80,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
