The primary purpose of this role is to manage our web analytics setup and generate actionable insights through regular reporting. You will be responsible for configuring Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics (GA4), maintaining tag accuracy, and delivering dashboards and reports that help guide business and marketing decisions.
In this role, you’ll design and execute experiments across digital channels, helping improve user experiences, conversion rates, and product performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, and analytics teams to identify hypotheses and run impactful tests.
This role would also need to focus on connecting advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to Tableau dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, real-time campaign insights.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
- Adobe Launch Implementation: Set up, configure, and deploy Adobe Launch tags across multiple digital properties.
- Tag Management: Manage tagging processes, including organized implementation of new tags, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Set up, configure, and manage Google Analytics (primarily GA4) to track website and campaign performance accurately.Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM).Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports (using Google Data Studio/Looker Studio or other tools).
- Monitor test performance and analyze results using tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target.Translate experiment results into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Develop test plans & campaign requirements to be implemented by our creative development teams.
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of journeys, pricing, СTAs and any other elements key to stakeholder journeys.
- Collaborate closely with all respective stakeholders and teams to align optimization activities with other organizational strategy. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure optimization is in place on all emails, social and other marketing spaces such as landing pages, lead generating forms etc.
- Manage Adobe Analytics implementation, including tagging strategy, variable configuration (eVars, props, events), and report suite management.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
- Optimize the lead-to-customer conversation rate and marketing’s conversion paths through maximizing traffic to our various sites and platforms.
- Convert qualitative data into prioritized testing & optimization brilliance.
- Take action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements.
- Evaluate and improve on the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven strategy and KPI focused analysis.
- Create and execute deliverables including Website audits, user journeys, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture, task flows, user scenarios and persona development.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on performance, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations on order conversion optimization.
Demonstrated Skillset
- Confident analytically and commercially astute, with prior experience of delivering explicit revenue growth through web transformation and optimization projects.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag implementation and event tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in best practice technical tools for optimization & data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Proficiency with SQL and working with relational databases or cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery)
- Proficiency in Adobe Workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, and pathing analysis.
- Experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, or business intelligence.
- Project management, leadership, strategic thinking and organization/time management.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Excellent planning, organization, project and time management along with the ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with additional analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics)

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
- Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in an ecommerce tag management role, with specific expertise in complex tag property implementations in Adobe Launch. Experience in implementing and QA-ing Marketing Pixels. Proficiency in other tag management platforms a plus (Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager)
- Must have intermediate coding knowledge of JavaScript and HTML. Must be familiar with Adobe Analytics extension custom code.
- Must pass front end coding interview/assessment, as well as have at least 2 years of experience in this area.
- Must have 3-4 experience in Adobe Launch specifically. Must have experience managing multi-website Tag Properties, Must have experience in managing, creating, custom coding marketing pixels, affiliate pixels, referral pixels, and functionality scripts, Adobe Analytics and other types of Analytics pixels.
- Soft skills: thoroughness (extremely important), good at documentation.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously manage and verify tagging accuracy across multiple platforms and environments. Strong attention to naming conventions, and adherence to organization and tagging architecture. Meticulous in updating documentation.
- Analytics Tools: Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and carefully.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications: Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics certification is a plus. Openness to learning new tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with server-side tagging, CDP, Adobe Journey Analytics, Web SDK, or other emerging analytics technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing practices, and/or experience in marketing campaigns.
