Position Summary

Stryker are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for the Digital Solutions team to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced digital solutions. The role requires expertise in data analytics, software engineering, and architecture, along with mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

What You Will Do:

• Lead design and implementation of digital solutions.

• Perform data analytics to understand data pipelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical requirements.

• Develop and maintain high-quality code.

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews.

• Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ensure successful deployment of solutions with DevOps teams.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in data analytics, architecture, or similar roles.

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
