ROW Supply Chain Analytics team is looking for an innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed Business Intelligence Engineer . Candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, excellent technical skills and should be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

The BIE will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a fast-moving set of priorities, competitive pressures, and operational initiatives. You will partner closely with program, product and technology teams to define and build innovative and delightful experiences for customers. You must be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and have the ability to break complex problems down into steps that drive product development at Amazon speed.

Key job responsibilities
1.Converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
2.Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data.
3.Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard
4.Interacting with internal stakeholders to deep-dive outlier events
5.Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
6.Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
7.Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
8.Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
