Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in Java (must-have) and Python (good-to-have)

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch)

• Proficiency with modern web frameworks like Springboot, Fast API

• Experience with NLP tools and libraries like Spacy, Gensim, NLTK or deep learning frameworks like Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow is a plus

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker & Kubernetes

• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend systems to support the scalable needs of SiftHub’s AI platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NLP engineers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure effective integration of solutions

• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

• Take part in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure high-quality and maintainable code

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, applying expertise in backend technologies

• Keep up with industry trends and introduce best practices and new technologies to improve the team's processes
