In this role you will analyze advanced EUV lithography data, developing crucial insights that drive semiconductor manufacturing innovation through sophisticated data analytics and process optimization.
Every day you will extract meaningful patterns from complex datasets, conduct statistical analysis, and collaborate with researchers to enhance EUV lithography processes.
To thrive in this role you must combine strong analytical capabilities with process understanding, demonstrating methodical thinking while conducting detailed technical analysis.

This internship presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in EUV lithography. The position focuses on advanced data analytics and process optimization, directly impacting the development of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Analyze collected EUV exposure data
Perform feature extraction from SEM images
Calculate unbiased Line Edge Roughness (LER)
Conduct Power Spectral Density analysis
Design experimental wafer runs
Analyze post-develop and post-etch CD distributions
Collaborate on etch-inclusive ILT model development
Document analytical methodologies and findings
Present results to technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong background in data analytics and statistical analysis
Experience with scientific computing (Python, MATLAB)
Understanding of semiconductor processing
Excellence in experimental design
Strong technical writing and presentation skills
Ability to work independently on research projects
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous experience with lithography processes
Familiarity with SEM image analysis
Knowledge of EUV technology
Experience with process optimization
Publication record in relevant field
Currently pursuing PhD or Master's in Physics, Materials Science, or related field
