SPA’s Air Force and Army Programs Portfolio provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.

 

SPA has an immediate need for a Data Analyst to support our customer in San Antonio, TX. #MC

 

Responsibilities

Special warfare operators face challenging training situations, making it essential to provide specialized support to optimize their performance and reduce risk of injury or attrition. Data analytics in support of the Special Warfare Training Wing aims to optimize human performance, including through the collection and use of relevant data surrounding training and courseware.

 

Assist planning and execution of the Human Performance program and courseware. Collect, secure, and analyze data related to special warfare operators. Identify and recommend improvements for data collection and usage, including for developing program needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Operations Research or at least 24 credit hours in related mathematical courses
  • 4+ years experience in data analysis or 2+ years experience in data mining
  • The ability to work onsite up to full time, depending upon client needs
  • Proficiency in MS Power BI and other MS Office programs
  • 2+ years experience developing analytic business intelligence dashboards for DoD training pipelines
  • Meet minimum requiremenst of DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qual/Mgt Program
  • US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
