Position Overview:
The Freddie Mac Multifamily (MF) CFO department in the Finance division is seeking a Data Analytics Senior to join the Multifamily Finance Automation Support Team. This role entails change management activities as well as the ability to resolve complex data and process issues. In addition to that, the ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, meticulous and has an interest in product development activities.

Our Impact:
The Multifamily Finance Automation Support team is responsible for supporting Monthly Accounting close, Product development initiatives and Project management activities with a focus on Multifamily accounting and financial reporting applications.
Your Impact:
- Gather and build requirements, perform complex data analysis for finance and accounting applications.
- Develop key project artifacts such as project scope, business requirements, process flow, risk and controls assessment, issues and risks tracker, user acceptance and SOX testing.
- Assess and document impacts from data and requirement updates to applications and thus contribute to the Product strategy and road map.
- Support the team in multiple projects ensuring adherence to appropriate methodology, Controls and Quality Standards.
- Coordinate with project teams across divisions and resolve application and data issues during financial close.
- Manage production application support duties which involve on-call support for troubleshooting critical data and system issues of supported applications, logging issues, and working with IT to determine root cause.
- Support business operational risk controls, Internal/External audit activities.
- Plan and implement data conversion, data mapping and data reconciliation activities.
- Facilitate meetings, capture meeting minutes, and assist in developing presentations and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Typically has 5+ years of experience performing as a client interfacing product analyst with quality assurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Expertise in querying, analyzing, reconciling, and testing complex relational and non-relational data
- MongoDB experience, preferred
- Knowledge of accounting, subledger and financial reporting concepts

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $104,000 - $156,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
