Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy back-end services and APIs that support scalable, distributed clinical applications
• Build intuitive frontend experiences using ReactJS, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Integrate performance, monitoring, and reporting tools for full system observability
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Data Scientists to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible
• Ensure services are reliable, secure, and performant through automation and DevOps practices
• Support mission-critical applications by contributing to root cause analysis and resolving complex system issues

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience developing distributed systems with n-tier architectures
• Expertise in at least one of the following languages: Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET (and proficiency across the others)
• Proficient in frontend development with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Experience integrating operational tools for system performance and monitoring
• Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud-based environments (Azure or GCP preferred)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences domains
• Worked with large-scale data platforms, analytics, or machine learning systems
• Familiarity with AI-driven product development or healthcare intelligence platforms
• Experience building APIs that support cross-team reuse and modular design

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience coding in a high-level programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C++, Python, C#)
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and agile development methodologies
