People Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and process tracking across people operations team 
• Support preparation and maintenance of internal records, forms, and reporting tools
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms by conducting checks and validations
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Payroll, Legal, Admin) to align workflows
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare standard reports and summaries to support operational decision-making
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
• Provide general support for workforce lifecycle processes

Requirements

• Experience in administrative coordination, employee relations, or compliance support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; strong digital literacy
• Fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Familiarity with documentation platforms or project tools (e.g., Confluence, HiBob, Jira) is a plus
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Salary Range: 1500 - 2400 EUR Gross/month
