THE ROLE

Reporting into our Group Director of Responsible Sourcing, we are looking to add to the team an ESG Data Reporting Manager. You will be responsible for managing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data collection, analysis, reporting processes, and leading our internal team. This role ensures accurate and transparent ESG disclosures aligned with global sustainability frameworks.  

We are looking for a strong background in ESG data management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication. You will be working closely and understanding brand requirements, and optimising efficiency and cost-effectiveness Group wide.


This role can be based out of our central Manchester or Soho, London office.

YOUR TEAM

Responsible Sourcing and Product Operations is reimagining how the Group works globally. We cover Sustainability, Sourcing, Ethical Trade, Product Quality and Operational Efficiency. We turn challenges into opportunities so we can be as commercially and operationally effective as possible while still being ethical and sustainable! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ESG data collection and reporting processes across the organisation
  • Manage ESG data platforms, tools, and software for accurate tracking and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Analyse ESG performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Lead the preparation of ESG reports, disclosures, and regulatory filings
  • Ensure compliance with emerging ESG regulations and reporting standards 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brands to align ESG data with corporate reporting requirements
  • Monitor and assess ESG rating agencies methodologies to improve ESG scores
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure ESG data is integrated into corporate strategy and investor relations

·        Respond to ESG-related inquiries from investors, regulators, and other stakeholders

  • Support and lead our sustainability team in developing climate risk assessments, materiality assessments, and corporate sustainability initiatives
  • Identify and implement best practices in ESG data automation and reporting efficiency
  • Stay updated on ESG reporting innovations and regulatory changes
  • Provide training and guidance on ESG data reporting for internal teams

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

·        Technical, analytical, and strategic skills to manage ESG data effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory and voluntary reporting frameworks

·        Understanding of ESG principles, sustainability strategies, and corporate responsibility  

·        Familiarity with global ESG frameworks and standards  

·        Knowledge of climate risk management and net-zero commitments 

·        Experience in data collection, validation, and analysis  

·        Strong skills in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI & Excel 

·        Ability to work with large datasets and ESG metrics  

·        Understanding of data governance, integrity, and assurance 

·        Awareness of ESG regulatory requirements with experience in non-financial reporting and ESG disclosures  

·        Strong report writing and presentation skills for ESG disclosures 

·        Ability to interpret legal and policy developments in ESG reporting 

·        Staying updated on emerging ESG trends and best practices  

·        Adaptability to changing regulations and investor expectations 

·        Support sustainability teams in developing climate risk assessments, materiality assessments, and corporate sustainability initiatives. 

·        Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. 

·        Passion for sustainability and dedication to driving positive change in the fashion sector.
