Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location (or other agreed DWFRS location) approximately 1/2 days a week for key activities and meetings.

As a Programme and Performance Data Analyst in our Service Improvement department you will:
- Identify and deliver data and information requests to create documents and reports to provide evidence requirements for strategic projects.
- Responsibility for delivery of the supporting information and analysis to aid the progress of strategic projects and decision making.
- Deliver fully assured project reports, high-level documentation and research for strategic level presentation and decision making.
- Request, analyse, interpret, store and present assured data in a variety of formats to enable decision making across all Programmes Office workstreams.
What makes you our ideal Programme and Performance Data Analyst?
- Knowledge and working experience of project governance and the production of documentation and records to support the development and delivery of projects.
- Experience in developing and delivering documentation, and high-level reports for strategic management decision making.
- Enhanced knowledge and experience of working with information and statistics, analysing and manipulating datasets and databases.
- Experience in evaluating processes and documents and identifying improvements.
