About the Opportunity

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the integration and analysis of data derived from a multitude of data sources. A successful Data Analyst will consistently demonstrate their ability to effectively integrate, interpret, and present outcomes from data sources that are accurate, actionable, and relevant to internal teams and clients. They will also be team-oriented, innovative, and adaptable to client and team expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead as Power BI subject matter expert and possesses the aptitude to quickly learn software platforms such as Power Query, MS SQL Server, Tableau, and other BI tools.
  • Collaborate with analytic team members with development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards — ensuring resources are accurate, up-to-date, and can be analyzed to reveal critical insights applicable to strategic business initiatives.
  • Extract critical and pertinent information from multiple data sets that help the stakeholders understand optimal outcomes.
  • Effectively process and integrate primary and/or secondary data sources using database warehouse and visual applications.
  • Build Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Develop effective quality control processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize data analytics to uncover critical business insights and findings.
  • Act as liaison between finance, operations, and IT to ensure timely delivery of world-class analyses.
  • Uphold and practice the principles and policies of the CSD Compliance program.
  • Additional job duties assigned

Requirements

About You

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a concentration in a data related field.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Advanced level of proficiency of Power BI (2+ years)
  • Working knowledge of database architecture and ability to effectively map data, as well as run basic SQL queries to analyze large complex data sets and troubleshoot.
  • Acute attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate results of data analysis to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Motivation to achieve individual and team goals, must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn and apply industry-specific concepts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or related field preferred
  • Experience with analyzing medical claims and CentralReach ABA Software, a plus.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft SQL and SSIS experience is preferred
