We are currently looking for a Copywriter to support us in crafting engaging and original copy across all marketing channels, including email, social media, blog, and web. You'll be based on site at our Soho, London office, 5 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Craft engaging and original copy across all marketing channels, including email, social media, blog, and web.
  • Deliver a consistent and distinctive brand tone of voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Tailor messaging to suit different digital platforms, formats, and audiences.
  • Write content for our Loyalty Programme, such as monthly competitions, event invitations and a lifestyle newsletter.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO team to optimise copy, product and page descriptions and maintain the blog calendar in line with data.
  • Write, edit, and publish blog posts.
  • Be reactive to daily workload and last-minute requests from the wider business.
  • Handle ad-hoc direct mail and out-of-home copywriting requests.
  • Work with AI tools such as Chat GPT and Jasper to drive efficiency and automation where appropriate
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with teams across the organisation.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure all channels are aligned with campaign copy and storytelling angles.

 

What You’ve Got:

  • Exceptional writing and grammar.
  • Creative flair and a proactive, flexible can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CMS preferred.
