Key Responsibilities

  • Design smart research; from quantitative studies to qualitative frameworks, tailored to client and project needs.

  • Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources (surveys, secondary data, APIs) with precision.

  • Use analytical tools (Excel, R, SPSS, etc.) to perform statistical analyses and extract actionable insights.

  • Build visualizations, reports, and dashboards that tell compelling stories. clear, engaging, and relevant.

  • Collaborate closely with project leads, strategists, and creatives to turn insights into impactful recommendations.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and ethical handling in everything you do.


A bit about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven projects.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one statistical or analytical tool (R, SPSS, Python, etc.).

  • A sharp analytical mind with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences.

  • Great communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to present your findings confidently.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a passion for problem-solving.
