Claims Data Analyst
This role will assist with the delivery of claims services based on business need. The services, and the success of same, will be tracked with measurable OKR’s and KPIs.
The data provided will arm the Producer and Client Engagement Team (PRS CE and RCEs) with reliable insights to sell the Chubb claims difference strategically and proactively using Salesforce, Qlik, Medallia and stakeholder feedback. This position is also responsible for innovating creative ways to extract and analyze data to be shared with key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing and linking field and underwriting strategic plans to dictate the delivery of external claims services to support rate messaging and/or growth and NB initiatives
- Providing analysis and insights from Medallia and Qlik with recommendations to better address producer client concerns
- Providing client and producer insights and maintaining structure to prioritize the delivery of external communication, marketing, and travel (targeted client and agent meetings)
- Leveraging data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaps in the delivery of client and producer facing claims services and report on to Head of Producer and Client Engagement Team.
- Tracking the delivery of services being provided across all underwriting and field disciplines and platforms (Salesforce and Tracker)
- Utilizing data from Salesforce, Tracker survey results agency and client feedback and escalation tracker to determine productivity. Provide analysis on regular basis.
- Providing oversight on the data collection process to ensure all available information is generated consistently to support business needs and claims modernization.
- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports
- Coordinating and tracking Vendor initiatives to maximize external offerings to ensure a seamless Chubb branded experience, including Chubb branded gift and experience program.
- Take initiative to identify and source recommendations for future enhancements focused on streamlining the claim process and improve customer journey based on surveys, escalations, and broker feedback.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred.
- Claims, Producer, or underwriting background preferred.
- Strong analytics and reporting capabilities
- Experience in Qlik and Salesforce preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Preferred office location is Philadelphia or White House Station
