We are looking for an Operations and Reporting Senior Analyst, to join our Data Services and Reporting team within Corporate Audit. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining key metrics and reporting solutions for our various stakeholders within the Audit function. In this role, you will work with other members of the Data Services and Reporting team to drive Corporate Audit’s digital transformation and expand our business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies. This role will be based out in Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore, India.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

As a Corporate Audit Operations and Reporting Senior Analyst, you will:
Combine/analyze multiple data sets with advanced proficiency in Power BI / Tableau, SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for management reporting independently or with minimal support.
Prepare and enhance high-quality reports for the Audit Committee, various Legal Entity Boards and senior management, ensuring alignment with global reporting standards and regulatory expectations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for the Audit function to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Support initiatives to streamline MI reporting cycles and reduce manual effort. Liaise with technology partners to enhance reporting infrastructure and tools.
Ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data used in reporting through regular validation and by establishing necessary data quality checks and controls.
What qualifications and skills we value
Experience and education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative finance field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large datasets for independent analysis to detect underlying data patterns and generate insights.
Working experience in developing reports and visualizations with exposure to analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau.
Solid understanding of statistical methods with an analytical mind and an ability to solve problems with MS Office Suite Programs. Automation experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
Relevant work experience at a financial services company and/or experience working in Risk/Control function is a plus.
Skills and competencies:
Advanced analytics, reporting and visualization skills are required.
Automation experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
Experience with cloud based analytic platforms such as AWS/ Azure + Databricks/Snowflake is a plus.
Experience with agile development methodology is required.
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, automation such as text mining, machine learning and data visualization is a plus.
Strong curious, analytical mindset, project management skills, ability to influence cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple / concurrent projects.
Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
