Oracle offers a comprehensive and fully integrated stack of cloud applications and cloud platform services.Join a team developing the next generation of AI-powered analytical applications built for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, combining business data, ready-to-use analytics, and pre-built AI and machine learning (ML) models to deliver deeper insights and accelerate the decision-making process into actionable results. This class of SaaS applications is built on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with data and analytics components like Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), OCI Data Lake, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
To provide the best analytics experience for enterprises, this team is building an integrated, secure, and extensible platform that can help customers enhance the value of the pre-built analytics applications. This role would lead efforts to enhance this platform and requires an experienced, driven individual with technical acumen and strong leadership abilities. Qualified candidates will have experience building and managing large scale Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Cloud-based analytics services, AI or machine learning models and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Build out platform capabilities such as high volume, high frequency data pipelines, integration with data lakes and multi-cloud data architectures, machine learning models and providing more real-time insights at enterprise scale.
- Capture detailed product requirements and define the roadmap for the Data Intelligence Platform
- Work with release management, engineering, customer support, documentation, and training teams to launch quarterly releases.
- Present the strategy and roadmap to senior management and get buy-in
- Partner with Oracle Fusion Applications, OCI, ADW, OAC and other services to develop features to extend the Data Intelligence Platform
- Work with and influence various product teams and stakeholders across Oracle to ensure the integration is developed and delivered as planned.
- Work with marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product positioning, pricing, and customer rollouts.
- Engage with Oracle SaaS customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Participate in marketing events and lead customer demos and customer meetings.
- Work flexible hours to overlap with US/other international teams.
Skills and Experiences
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Preferred Education background – MBA/MS with undergraduate degree in engineering, science, mathematics, statistics.
- 8+ years’ experience across large scale enterprise applications and analytics.
- 8+ years’ experience in business analysis and requirement assessment.
- Experience with large-scale SaaS applications , infrastructure and operations is desirable.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (FA), Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS applications from Oracle, Salesforce, Workday or SAP is desirable especially around data pipelines, data management and life-cycle management
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
