What does a successful Machine Learning Engineer do at Fiserv?
Drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud migration initiatives to enhance our innovative solutions. They leverage advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and decision making. The role involves deploying AI solutions across the organization, contributing to our vision of creating transformative financial services experiences.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to drive AI and cloud migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities within the organization.
• Design and execute data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve decision-making processes.
• Deploy AI solutions across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously innovate and improve our solutions.

What you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• 5+ years of experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments, such as AWS pr Azure.
• 4+ years of experience in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
