As a Data Analyst in Operations Division, you will have the opportunity to mine and analyze construction project data stored in various spreadsheets, identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve effectiveness & efficiency. As Maple Reinders is a growing organization, we are continually winning new work, larger projects and with that come new experiences and new challenges.

- Design, build and maintain analytical models that mine large sets of structured and semi-structured data looking for unique insights and correlations.
- Applies intellectual curiosity and deep analytical thinking to mine large data sets for insight and correlation.
- Develop analysis to illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunities.
- Distil data into findings and prepare results for presentation to management for decision making.
- Engage stakeholders to understand informational pain points and drive analytics solution that address them.
We are seeking individuals who have a passion for deep analytical thinking and who have the skills and desire to directly impact organizational effectiveness. To be considered for this role you will have:
- 1+ years of related experience in working with data and providing analytics.
- A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Expert level skills working in MS Excel, database management, and preforming data manipulation and reporting.
