We’re looking for customer support specialists who live and breathe active listening, empathy‑driven communication, multi‑channel troubleshooting (email, chat, phone), CRM mastery (Zendesk / Salesforce Service Cloud), conflict de‑escalation, SLA management, ticket prioritization, knowledge‑base documentation, and quality‑assurance auditing. You’ll challenge advanced language models on real‑world support scenarios—billing disputes, technical glitches, product how‑tos, and sensitive escalation paths—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model on live‑chat simulations and complex customer cases, verify factual accuracy and tone, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A track record in front‑line customer support, technical support, or customer success—ideally with BPO or SaaS experience—is ideal; proven KPIs such as CSAT scores, first‑contact resolution rates, or knowledge‑base contributions signal fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.

We offer a pay rate of $5 per hour. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
