The Sr. Director of Consulting and Professional Services will lead the Consulting and Professional Services group, providing strategic direction and advisory support across a broad range of marketing technology and data strategy projects. This role will be pivotal in defining the vision and execution strategy for MarTech innovation, leveraging predictive models, data clean rooms, cloud computing solutions, and advanced marketing use cases to drive impactful outcomes for Kinesso’s clients. This role will be the principle lead on implementing, testing and evaluating beta technology offerings from our technology partners. The VP will be responsible for building a best-in-class team of data analysts, driving project delivery, and representing Kinesso as a thought leader in marketing technology and data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Consulting and Professional Services team, ensuring excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic consulting frameworks for marketing technology projects, including predictive modeling, advanced audience segmentation, and custom programmatic bidding models.
- Collaborate with our large technology partners to test and implement cutting edge marketing technologies utilizing AI and cloud computing
- Oversee the development of custom client solutions, guiding the integration of advanced data science methods with business strategy to deliver impactful client outcomes.
- Leverage data clean rooms (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub) to design and implement sophisticated Targeting Strategies, Custom Insights and attribution frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the use of Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud technologies in advanced marketing use cases.
- Develop client-ready presentations that effectively communicate complex findings and predictive analytics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies, advocating and supporting integration into client solutions where relevant.
- Provide thought leadership on advanced audience segmentation, attention metrics, and predictive audience modeling.
- Develop processes and best practices for data governance, data quality, and data integration across all client engagements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Masters degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing technology, or related roles, with a proven track record in delivering advanced technology or analytics solutions.
- 4+ years of managerial experience, leading cross-functional teams in data analytics, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Proven experience working with data clean rooms (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub) and exposure with previous implementations on cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience advising on programmatic bidding models, attention metrics, and advanced audience segmentation strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
