You'll focus on building scalable reporting and CRM tooling to help Category Management teams drive key strategic initiatives and manage their supplier portfolios more effectively.

Being part of NA Retail Tech & Analytics means you thrive on setting a clear vision, operating analytically to get results, and executing high-impact work. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential, as you’ll work cross-functionally to align on priorities and execute against them.

What You’ll Do

  • Support ongoing development and maintenance of our in-house CRM tool, enabling Category Management to manage their supplier portfolios more effectively and efficiently at scale.
  • Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for new tools and reporting from timelines, training, documentation, feedback loops and iteration planning.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between users and product/tech teams:
    • Support users by communicating strategy and sharing best practices, and fielding feedback.
    • Partner with tech and product to triage bugs, synthesize feedback, and advocate for user needs in roadmap planning.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of relevant experience  in analytics and reporting ideally in an e-commerce, tech, or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record in economics, math, statistics, engineering, business or related fields.
  • Fluency developing and managing various reporting through tools like SQL, GBQ, Google Studio/Looker, etc. (Experience with Python or LookML a plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools or platforms a plus
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze large datasets, and synthesize insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards and automating reporting for end-users, with an emphasis on scalability.
  • A proactive, user-first mindset: You’re excited to improve tools and processes based on direct user feedback.
  • Business acumen and a collaborative spirit: you understand how different parts of the organization fit together and love making others more effective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can clearly explain complex data concepts, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of tools and reporting across technical and non-technical teams.
